Understanding The Problem

When we started, El Jefe Enterprises needed to build more credibility on social media and a way to promote webinar registrations.

The main challenges were:

  • Unclear content messaging.

  • Limited time for the client to film new content.

  • Not enough leads.

Organic Content

I started by researching franchise and business related content to better understand what potential buyers needed to learn before taking action.

From there, I built a content calendar and created social media assets that could educate, and build trust without requiring Johnny to film new content. Since he already had webinars, interviews, and client calls available, I repurposed that long-form material into shorter social media clips, supporting carousel and client spotlight posts.

Over the course of the project, I created 75 pieces of content posted across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Meta Campaigns

For El Jefe Enterprises, I set up and managed two Meta campaigns:

1. Meta lead generation campaign using an instant form.

The goal was to collect leads for a franchise opportunity the client was actively promoting. The form collected contact details from potential leads, making it easier to follow up directly with interested clients.

2. Meta traffic campaign for webinar registrations.

The goal was to promote the registration page and drive webinar sign-ups.

For the campaigns I:

  • Created a Meta lead generation campaign using an instant form

  • Collected lead information: name, email, and phone number

  • Set up a Meta traffic campaign for webinar registrations.

  • Created and tested multiple ad creatives to identify stronger performers.

  • Set up the Meta Pixel to support tracking.

  • Monitored campaign performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, landing page views, leads, and registrations.

Learning & Impact

This project showed me the value of repurposing long-form content when a client has limited time to film new material.

It also helped me understand how different campaign objectives serve different goals, I learned the importance of testing multiple ad creatives, refining campaign messaging, and setting up a Meta Pixel when sending users to an external landing page.

Overall, this project reinforced that digital marketing is a process of testing, adjusting, and learning. It requires flexibility, attention to performance, and the ability to find practical solutions that serve both the client’s goals and the audience’s needs.
